Membership and VIP Day terms

The Wisdom Method Incubator

What's included

Your membership includes the methodology library, the Monthly Live Co-Building Session, the BTS: Build Log, the Membership Model Master Class and the digital Bonus Planning Journal. Launch members also receive a signed paperback of The Purpose and Prosperity Project and access to the Plan Your Year Plan-a-thons on November 19, 2026 and January 14, 2027. We may update the library, the schedule and who leads a session; from February 2027, a Wisdom Method co-facilitator leads the monthly session.

Price and automatic renewal

The Founder's rate stays at $97 a month for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the regular rate at that time applies. If the regular rate changes, we'll email you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before the change, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Once a year, we'll also email you a reminder of what you're subscribed to, what it costs and how to cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time:

• Use the "Manage membership" link in any member email, or
• Email info@thewisdommethod.com with the subject "Cancel my membership." We'll process it within one business day and confirm by email.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

Monthly charges aren't refundable once made, except for billing errors or where the law requires a refund. If we charge you in error, we'll refund it. If we end your membership without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.

The signed book

We ship within the United States only. Books ordered by December 4, 2026 are scheduled to arrive by December 20, 2026. If your book arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement. The book is yours to keep, even if you cancel.

Live sessions and recordings

Live sessions are recorded and shared with members only. You can join with your camera off, use only your first name, or ask questions in the chat if you'd rather not appear in a recording. Please don't record, screenshot or share sessions yourself, or share another member's business details outside the session.

The BTS: Build Log

The build log shares real business decisions for educational purposes. Please treat it as confidential: don't republish it or share it outside the membership. Customer, artisan and partner details stay private unless they agree to be named.

The VIP Day

What's included

One day of one-to-one business coaching with Kellie Adkins, 10 am to 4 pm Eastern, to build your business plan, followed by two weeks of support by email and Voxer. Support begins the day after your VIP Day. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Voxer and email support aren't for emergencies.

Complimentary year of the Incubator

Your VIP Day includes 12 months of Wisdom Method Incubator membership at no charge, with the same access as paying members. It begins on your VIP Day. It doesn't renew automatically and we won't charge you for it: when the 12 months end, you can choose to join at the regular rate at that time. The complimentary membership is part of the VIP Day, so it has no separate cash value and can't be transferred. If you already pay for a membership, we'll pause your billing for those 12 months.

Dates

VIP Days are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between February 16 and May 28, 2027. Four days are available in total.

Fee, deposit and balance

The VIP Day is non-refundable. Neither the deposit nor the balance is refunded once paid, including the value of the complimentary Incubator year. You may move your date once, to another available date within 90 days of the original, by emailing us at least 14 days before your VIP Day.

If Kellie has to cancel because of illness or an emergency, you choose between a new date and a full refund of everything you've paid.

If you pay through Klarna, Afterpay or another pay-later service, your repayment agreement is with that provider, and its terms apply to it.

Confidentiality

What you share about your business during your VIP Day and support period stays confidential. We won't share it or use it publicly without your written permission, except where the law requires.

Terms for both

Coaching and education, not professional advice

The Incubator and the VIP Day are business education and coaching. They aren't therapy, counseling or medical care, and they aren't legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those. You're responsible for your own business decisions. Any examples or results we share are illustrations, not promises; we don't guarantee any income or outcome.

Our materials

All materials, recordings, worksheets and frameworks belong to Wisdom Method Enterprises LLC. You may use them for your own business. Please don't resell, republish or share them, share your login, or upload them to AI tools or training datasets.

Conduct

We may end a membership or support period for harassment, disrespect toward other members or our team, or sharing our materials without permission.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Incubator or the VIP Day is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Lake County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date and email active members about material changes. Changes don't apply to charges already made.
